🕹️ How to fly

• TAKE OFF, then touch and hold the map where you want to go. Follow the pink GPS line.
• POWER lever: FAST for long trips, SLOW to land. Whirly can also HOVER.
• Jetty lands on a runway: GEAR down (wait for 3 green lights), SLOW, and fly into the glowing arrows.
• Whirly lands on the H: slow down over it and press LAND.
• When the nurse asks, tap 🛏️ 💨 💧 💓 to keep your patient cozy.

Keyboard: ← → steer, ↑ ↓ power, G = gear, Space = take off / land, 1–4 = care buttons.

🔬 Is it real?

The map is a real map of Taiwan and its islands, and the runways point the right way, with their real numbers. Planes take off and land into the wind. A jet's wheels take a few seconds to come down, and they can't fold up on the ground. Pilots really use weather radar to fly around storms, and rescue helicopters really fly to Green Island and Orchid Island.

Game note: the islands and airports are drawn bigger than real, and the trips are much shorter. Real air ambulances are flown by trained crews, and doctors decide who needs one. The people in the game are pretend, and nothing can get hurt: birds always fly away safely.

🏥 Why Songshan?

Songshan Airport is right in the middle of Taipei, so big hospitals are only a short ambulance ride away. Planes from Songshan are a bridge in the sky to Kinmen, Matsu and Penghu, and some private jets there can carry a stretcher bed, like Jetty.
