๐ŸŒ€Typhoon Chasers!
๐Ÿ“– Story

๐Ÿ•น๏ธ How to play

๐Ÿ”ฌ Is it real?

Typhoon winds really spin counterclockwise north of the equator, with a calm eye and the strongest wind in the eyewall. Taiwan really sends a jet to fly around typhoons about 13,000 meters up and drop dropsondes, and the data really helps forecasters. Bringing things inside, a flashlight, water and food are the real ways families get ready.

Game note: the typhoon is drawn smaller than real, it moves much faster, and the trips are much shorter. The real jet takes off from Taichung and flies around the storm, never through the eyewall. People and faces are pretend, and nothing gets hurt: things that blow away just roll off the screen.
